Adding a Custom List Item

Custom Lists allow you to group items that are related to each other. For example, you could create a custom list called Skills and add "Beginner", "Intermediate", and "Advanced" to the list. A Music School may add a custom list called Instruments to indicate the instruments that staff and student play. A Martial Arts studio may have a list call Belts that contain the items "White", "Yellow", "Blue", "Green", "Brown" and "Black".

To create a custom list, follow these instructions:

  1. Click on "Administration" in the main toolbar.
  2. Click on "Custom Fields" from the sub menu and select "Add Custom List" from the side menu.
  3. Enter in the name of the custom list
  4. Enter in the custom list items in the space provided. Each list item should appear on a separate line.
  5. Click on the save button to create the Custom List.
