Studioware Custom Letters

Custom Letters allow you to email important information to students, staff, student contacts, or student payees.  For example, you could create a Student Custom Letter that contains a list of all classes that a student is currently enrolled in.  Or, you could create a Student Custom Letter that contains a list of unpaid invoices which could be sent to Student Payees that have an outstanding invoices.  Finally, you could create a custom letter that details a staff member's weekly schedule.

With custom letters, you can enter any text, format the text color size, fonts, alignment, and add custom letter fields.  Studioware will merge the student, staff, contact, or payee information into the custom letter and send the letter in an email.  You can easily email individual students or staff, email an entire class, email every student in your Business, email students based on student status, or email students that have outstanding invoices.  You can even accumulate a list of student to email simply be searching be student last name.
